Parking Charge Collections (PCC) Ltd, may when you are on site, capture your details including CCTV, vehicle Registration data via Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) and manually via parking operatives with hand held devices in order to enhance parking terms and conditions. Where the terms have not been complied with, your personal details and data including name, address, registration number and other contact information may be collected, processed, shared and retained in order to enforce the parking contract and for legitimate interests with the following;
Third parties for appeals and enforcement
The police or security organisation to prevent or detect crime
The DVLA in order to pursue a Parking Charge Notice (PCN)
Organisations for statistical analysis
Personal data is collected, processed, shared and retained in accordance with Data Protection laws for the lawful purpose of legitimate interests and contract.

In relation to the personal data which we may hold about you, you have the right to; be informed, have access, rectification, erasure or transfer of your data. You also have the right to object or to restrict all processing of your data.
